Web Designer

A Web Designer is required to join, Blueflamingo (www.blueflamingo.co.uk), a small yet established and expanding web design agency. We were founded in 1998 and have steadily grown year on year. We work successfully with large corporate clients as well as start-ups and local businesses.

Working alongside the Account Director, and with other remote team members, you will be responsible for the design and build of new and existing client web sites. Creativity and efficiency are key elements to the success of this role. You will be involved with each step of the process from business development, planning, design and build, to ongoing support and search engine marketing.

To be successful you must:

• be proactive, enthusiastic, have a bright personality and a can-do attitude
• have excellent people and communication skills
• have web design and development experience and can demonstrate this through an in-depth portfolio
• have excellent attention to detail
• not mind being thrown in at the deep end.... and being asked to help out on anything and everything!

Advanced knowledge of Photoshop or Fireworks, Dreamweaver, HTML and CSS are essential. Experience using ASP.NET, ASP, Flash, PPC and SEO would be advantageous.
