A SITE TO SERVE MANY AUDIENCES
We are proud to have been appointed by The Poppy Factory to design and develop their new website. This high profile Richmond based organisation needed a professional looking website to explain their work, and offer online services, to a complex mix of audiences; disabled veterans looking for work, potential employers, people wanting a tour of the factory … to name but a few.
MULTIPLE USER JOURNEYS
We carefully analysed each audience’s requirements before mapping out their ‘user journeys’ through the new website. After this was complete we started on the design, opting for a crisp, clear look and feel that works seamlessly across devices.
A complex site like this requires simple navigation. Once we had agreed the site structure we built the navigation to work in a logical, clear way not only on desktop but also mobile as shown here.
