A web design for a historic Richmond charity

Founded in 1961, The Friends of Richmond Park is a charity dedicated to the conservation and protection of Richmond Park. The charity is very well known locally and recently produced an award winning movie featuring David Attenborough. Their previous website was heavily used but was looking very tired. We were proud to have been selected to develop the new site.

Beautiful image led design

The site serves many audiences and purposes. We carefully created the information architecture to ensure the site’s extensive content was logically structered and easy to access. The Friends are fortunate to have a large bank of beautiful images of the park taken by keen local photographers. We brought these into all pages of the site creating a stunning overall visual appearance.

Ecommerce

Visitors are able to sign up to become a member of the Friends and purchase items such as annual calendars through the site’s ecommerce engine. We chose to use Stripe for this which integrates well with WordPress.
